Take Dramamine Less Drowsy Formula. Directions:
To prevent motion sickness, the first dose should be taken one hour before starting activity. Adults: 1 to 2 tablets daily or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours.

Indications:
For the prevention and treatment of the nausea, vomiting or dizziness associated with motion sickness.
