Relieve Pain Quickly

Gently rub Freeze It® on the skin surrounding a sore muscle or joint. For arthritis pain, massage Freeze It® all around the affected area.

Freeze It® can be used as many as 4 times per day. Make certain to avoid using nonporous materials when treating painful areas- use only porous wraps, supports, and tapes.
Exercise/Training

Freeze It® with ILEX can help training and rehabilitation by relieving pain. Freeze It® should be applied during "cool down", in order to minimize the next day’s aches and pains. For sore muscles, apply directly to the area before exercise. When treating sore muscles, apply a liberal amount of Freeze I® and massage in to the affected area. Use ice therapy afterwards as needed.
Arthritis Pain

Freeze It® is extremely effective at relieving arthritis pain- simply rub Freeze It® all around the affected joint(s) for pain relief.
