Indications:
LMX 5% Topical Anorectal Cream For the temporary relief of local discomfort, including pain and itching, soreness or burning associated with anorectal disorders.

# Provides temporary relief for patients with general anorectal pain and those with discomfort associated with rectal examination.

Ingredients:
Active Ingredients:
Lidocaine 5%.
Inactive Ingredients:
Benzyl alcohol, carbomer 940, cholesterol, hydrogenated lecithin, isopropyl myistate, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, triethanolamine, vitamin E acetate, water.
Directions:
Not recommended in any clinical situation in which penetration or migration beyond the tympanic membrane into the middle ear is possible because of ototoxic effects observed in animal studies.
Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to irritated skin or if excessive irritation develops. If condition worsens or if symptoms persist unaltered for seven days, or clear up and occur again within only a few days, discontinue use of this product and consult a physician.
