INDICATIONS:

For the relief of constipation (irregularity) helps restore and maintain regularity, promotes normal function of the bowel by increasing bulk volume and water content of stool, generally produces a bowel movement in 12 to 72 hours.
KONSYL Fiber Tablets are a convenient, easy-to-swallow way to get the fiber you need.
625 mg of Calcium Polycarbophil per tablet.
No Sugar or sugar substitutes.
INGREDIENTS:
Active Ingredients:
Calcium Polycarbophil 625 mg (Equivalent to 500 mg Polycarbophil, 115 Calcium).

Inactive Ingredients:
Calcium Carbonate Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Microcrystalline Cellulose Croscarmellose Sodium Colloidal Silicone Dioxide Caramel Magnesium Stearate Acacia, Crospovidone, Gelatin, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Mineral Oil, Polyethylene Glycol, Povidone, Stearic Acid.

DIRECTIONS:
Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See label warnings.

Dosage

Adults: 2 caplets 1 to 4 times a day.
Children 6 to 12 years: 1 caplet 1 to 3 times a day.
Under 6 years consult a physician.
Dosage will vary according to diet, exercise, previous laxative use or severity of constipation. The recommended adult starting dose is 2 to 4 tablets daily. May be increased up to 8 tablets daily
